WTF? (reposted with following note)

so, commiechink is where i post bits from my life... bits i want to save, bits that need to be saved. the following is posted as a chronicle and is meant as no disrespect to the parties involved... it's just something i feel i need to air.

i sent an email:

hello,

i'm jason. jason john yee if you prefer long full names, jyee if you prefer short ones, also known as "the boy" and "dork" to your daughter.

i just thought i'd say hi and assure you that my intentions with your daughter are honorable and that i have and will continue to treat her with respect.

i'd also like to assure you that i'm not a communist... i just have a strange sense of humor.

hello Jason, I was surprised to get an e from you. not sure what inspired you to write unless Seana put you up to it. but since you did I thot I'd say a couple things to keep things up front.

I'm sure your intentions are honorable with Seana. I don't feel she would have a relationship with any guy who isn't otherwise. Seana and I have had some discussions on long term relationships and I have let it be known to her that I do not wish her to have a permanent relationship with an Asian. I would prefer that you not encourage her to make your friendship anything more than a friendship.

why'd i repost this? am i into drudging up old dirt? no. hell no. but it's been nearly 10 months since that and i think things have changed. i think that initial reactions are probably not precise indicators of people. i think seana's dad is an ok guy. in any case, he hasnt tried murdering me in my sleep when i've stayed at his house. that's always a good thing.

i also noted that he capitalized Asian... that's always a good thing too.
